- Owners live on-site, with 24-hour security. Someone is always here — day and night, weekends and holidays.
- Supervised at all times. Every dog in the play area is watched by staff — no exceptions.
- Your dog's routine, kept. We feed your food, follow your schedule, and give medications up to 3× a day at no charge.
- Vaccines required for every guest. No pet is admitted for any service without current vaccination records on file.
- Bedding and bowls provided. Bring toys and treats if you like — we handle the rest.
